KUIU is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 60-day return window for items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags attached. We aim to provide a seamless exchange process to ensure you have the high-performance gear you need for your next adventure.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and a packing slip, which should be placed inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 7-10 business days.
